Open Worship:
Our worship service has changed to more of an “open worship” style, giving you the opportunity to participate with God and with your fellow Friends, together as a learning community. During the service you may come forward, stand up, or sit (whatever the Lord leads you to do) and to give a word of Praise to God for what He has done. Open worship is fully participative: Sharing, Listening, and Responding are all of equal importance! It is a time for the Church to join the Holy Spirit, which resides within each of us, in glorifying God the Father and the Son in whatever expression the Spirit leads. Participation is the heart of Open Worship, so let’s encourage each other to listen and respond as we glorify our God who provides.

Heading to Haiti!
Congratulations to Mr. CJ McVeigh for being chosen as the NWYM (Northwest Yearly Meeting) YCEW (Youth Challenged to Expand their World View) leader to Haiti this summer! Please be praying for the TCEW team as they prepare for this short-term missionary opportunity. There will be some added expenses for the McVeigh household as he prepares to go, and if you would like to help, you can designate “Haiti” on your tithe or offering check.
